I pick up here regularly. Breakfast and dinner and almost always either something is left out or condiments I ask for are not put in the bag. Today I picked up this salad a grilled chicken BLT salad and as you can see it had half a piece of bacon a chicken breast cut up and cheese and lettuce. That’s it. No dressing or anything else. So disappointing.

Good home cooking

I was very surprised to walk into a fancier version of Popeyes. The food was more high quality than I expected. I expect myself to walk back there shortly.

I have picked up here several times and always get a mixed bag on the service. When its good its GOOD, but here lately they've continually messed up my order or left things out of the bag. Multiple times they've left out the pies I've ordered, and more often than not they leave out the fries. Today I asked for a number 4 with no onions on the burger, large fries with a large tea, and I asked for mashed potatoes and some honey mustard on the side. My burger had onions AND they left out the fry and honey mustard. All this after having me pull to the curb and waiting a while to get it when they only had 2 other people in line.

They handle the food without wearing gloves.

Complete 5 star from the moment we walked in! The crew was awesome, food was hot and fresh, service was fast, efficient and friendly. Hats off to this bunch, I wish we had one in Knoxville!
