First time to eat there. Food was outstanding. Some of the best chicken tenders i have ever eaten, and i love chicken tenders

At this point it's my fault... I keep going back because of convenience to my home. Even though my order gets messed up every other time. And the fries are somehow worse every time I go. No pickles. No onions. Not rocket science. Person at the drive thru was the rudest I've experienced in a while. I said thanks and they looked at me like I kicked their dog and shut the window. Cheer up! You dont have to pick stuff off your burger and throw away the majority of these cold, stale fries!

Everything regarding this particular store is pure garbage! Every time you go to this store, the food is HORRIBLE due to a lack of interest from the managers. Do not go to this drive-through if you want good, fresh food because for the last several years, I've attempted to get some good food, but to no avail. Think of something else that you might want as this store/restaurant is infested with roaches and other nasty pests.

The customer service at this restaurant is amazing. My mother-in-law is spending some time with us, she's from the Smith lake area, she always wants to eat at our EL JACK'S food is always fresh. We went thru the drive thru her card wouldn't work the chip was damaged, it was closing time, they waited for us to go down the street to the convenience store to get cash from the ATM, that didn't work, she wanted to go back and see if they could type the number in. She called and let them hear that she had money in her account, they just gave her the food and told her to have a nice evening. So thank you JACK'S for making her night. That was the 1st time she had been able to get out of the house in a few months. #kindness #nice gesture's #eating at JACK'S in ur 70's #

My husband bought us breakfast on Valentine's Day (2-14-24). I picked it up through the drive-thru. Their service was fast and friendly. The food was hot and fresh. The biscuits were even heart shaped. Thank you to the crew that worked today!
