Worst customer service ever! I ordered some combos online and saw my total was $15 more after checkout than what was shown before payment so I called the number on the order confirmation to cancel immediately. No answer so I went to the store with the plan to cancel the online order and place it in the store for correct pricing. There was about a 15 minute wait before a cashier was free and she tells me she can't do anything about online orders. I need to call the number online. When I told her the receipt gave their store number for cancellation she then says I placed the order wrong and instead of ordering meals or combos I ordered each item individually and thats the tax for online so that's the price. Who orders individual items to make up a combo when all you have to do is press the picture on the combo you want that includes all the items? Worst still....what company charges $20 tax on a $30 order? In the end she tells me I can't even have the food if I plan to request the money back that I was overcharged and she refuses to give me a number for the office or whoever can fix it and tells me to find the number online. I literally had to call the police for her to refund my money. I've never done that in my whole life and I apologized to the police for having to waste their time on something so petty but I was sure if I left the store without a refund or food I was just going to be out of $50. Ridiculous!
A complete rip off. I ordered an 8 piece chicken. They only gave me 6 pieces and charged me full price. Chicken was cold as it been sitting out all day. Completely dissatisfied with the service. They would've done better just saying were done serving chicken for tonight.
Place just keeps getting worse.
