Jack's

The restaurant was DIRTY, (3 PM on a SUNDAY) our food was COLD, (cheese wasn't MELTED), re-cooked COLD fries...... AWFUL

Felt like being there was an inconvenience, didn't order and walked out. Worst attitudes of any Jack's I've been to

This location constantly is out of whatever you go there to get. Today they had no fountain drinks, milkshakes, lemonade or tea. Often they don’t have fries ready. Don’t bother stopping here.

Horrible experience sat there for forever waiting for my food just to get home and a few minutes later and it's cold didn't give us fries with the food didn't even make the orders right and we didn't even get straws for the the drinks. I'm never coming here again idc if it's the last place open.

We live in Madison and always frequent this Jacks location on Hughes Road. Twice this week the service has been subpar. The wait times for simple orders are now taking 20 minutes or longer to receive and the overall quality has greatly diminished. Today we ordered the breakfast special, pancakes, double sausage and gravy biscuits and a chicken biscuit. We waited over 25 minutes. I even asked if I needed to just get my money back. The young man said no my order would be ready in the next 1 minute and 42 seconds. That turned into an additional 7 minutes. The food was hot but it was not good! The gravy had absolutely no sausage in it. The chicken was hot but it was not fully cooked. I did observe that it seemed to be teenagers working. Hopefully you all will work on getting things together and in order. As for now we will take our business elsewhere.

Good food, good prices

The only reason thus location receives one star is they managed to open the door and turn the lights on. The staff cannot read an open screen. If you stop at this location be prepared for poor service and wrong or incomplete order.
