Chicken fingers were old and dry. French fries are always old. Never fresh.

They took way longer than i had hoped but thats okay. Their comeback sauce literally tasted like fingernail polish remover which was a terrible experience and disappointing. My order was two burgers short and I sadly didn't notice until I was already home and passing everyone their food. This is usually my favorite stop. They were just having a bad day I hope.

Ordered the 2 pc dinner (cole slaw and mash potatoes). The chicken imo was over breaded but juicy, potatoes with gravy were a bit salty but the cole slaw was spot on. The lady's restroom is dark and dreary. The toilets dont flush worth a dang. You have to hold the flush handle down for a count of 10 so it will flush properly. We got our meal in 15 mins and the server was pleasant. Overall, its an okay establishment to eat for a quick bite.

This is the worst Jacks I have Ever been to. The girl took our order and would say is that all, in a hateful tone..and when we said no and ordered something else she said it again.. my husband said we have 2 more orders and she said it again..when we go to the window she took the miney from my husband and Threw his change at him. Some of it fell on th ground but we pulled over and parked to eat..they gave us NO ketchup for our fries and No Napkins. The food was GOOD, I have to say. But the drive-thru worker should have been NICER. We have eaten here before and the service is always this way.... Food is 100% Drive-thru 1%
