Bathroom could use hourly maintenance

I don’t know what the issue is we always have to remind the employees to put BBQ sauce in the bag and 99% of the time they won’t. Today I asked for a chicken finger dinner with mash potatoes and fries and BBQ sauce. The only thing they got right was the Chicken and the mash potatoes. And speaking of the mash potatoes they were runny and slim, and of course they forgot the bbq sauce and gave me coleslaw instead of the fries when I clearly didn’t ask for it. So the staff that was there needs a talking to because this has been happening for some time now

Clean place, friendly faces! The food was very good(as usual) It's right next to a free admittance playground for the kids, why not make a day of it and check out noccalula falls park while you're up here? They have a new train and the petting zoo has a kangaroo! The Botanical/sensory garden has very beautiful flowers, just super cool, I'm a regular and they always remember my name, they are just a group of down home genuine people

Food is wonderful and fast in the am. Kid-friendliness: Yes its at Nocc. Falls!!

Tonight after work I spent $47 on a family meal. I get home and there is no gravy on my large potatoes. I call and was told that I could come back by and get 2 replacement potatoes with gravy. I send someone up there so I could fix my kids plates and they send him back with 1 large gravy only. So i have my friend go back through the drive and ask for the other potatoe and they say that's all the gravy that comes with 2 potatoes. So now we have hot gravy with cold potatoes. I'm not one to really complain but when I say EVERYTIME, no matter what time I come through this location, something is ALWAYS missing. Personally if I have a customer spending almost $50 I feel like I would make sure everything is present. Especially since there was 3 people making the order. I could understand if they were super busy and I know mistakes happen but there was literally 1 car in the drive thru. I can't make it make sense.
