I'm I the only person that keeps getting half full containers when ordering sides? This happens all the time!

Avoid this place like the plague. You're better off going to Deerfoot location. Pinson one is not great but better than this one. Very slow and they don't care if you are waiting. Watched 3 customers who waited almost 10 minutes just leave and a 3rd one came in for about 5 and gave up. They don't care... they just ignore.

The chicken is normally good but this time the chicken beast was hard and dry I couldn't eat most of eat

A great time didn't have time wait for some great fresh food that hit the spot for some food that will definitely satisfy your tast for food.

I had to repeat my order three times at the pay window and they still got it wrong.

Went by yesterday strictly because I love the fries. I order extra fries on the side because what comes with combo isn't enough. The fries yesterday were completely unsalted and they were hard. Even after microwaving. I go by there for their seasoned fries. I don't want to ask are the fries seasoned when I ordered because I'm paranoid about my food being made and calling someone out. Anyway, it was a disappointing trip. I originally planned to go to Whataburger but the fries made the difference and Jack's dropped the ball yesterday... Went by and picked up a combo and a sweet tea and got home and had brown water no ice. Huge let down on an Alabama summer day.

I love me some jacks great food and I don't know how they can find such awesome employees while the rest find idiots its really beyond me. Great place

The food was hot, service from the staff was AMAZING. Especially Precious, she was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location.
