Jackie's Place

We drove 45 minutes to get to Jackie's Place after searching for a new restaurant to try on this good Sunday 3/17/24. I must say they DID NOT disappoint. Upon entering, everyone was friendly. The atmosphere was perfect, and the restaurant was extremely clean My child and I felt right at home ❣️ We were greeted by JuJu and shown to our table. She explained what to expect and how to order via the QR code, portion sizes, drinks, and where the restrooms were. It might not seem like much to others, but to us, it's the small things that count and are appreciated! Thank you to ALL of the employees at Jackie's Place. The food and service was AMAZING!!!! I've already verbally recommended Jackie's place to Co-workers, family and friends. Do Not sleep on this hidden Gem. I promise you'll regret. See you all next time Jackie's Place. Stay Great❣️

Went to Jackie’s Place from a friend’s recommendation coming into town for a quick trip. Was absolutely thrilled with the food and service, even when it was super busy! Can’t wait to come back again soon!

With delicious dishes that the restaurant serves to customers. Everyone gave good reviews to this beautifully displayed dish.... No one will understand and know that families, schools, companies, offices, around here are greatly affected by smoke. and emissions from baked goods that you eat. Please don't cook with cheap charcoal, it pollutes the environment, smoke from the stove has choked the breathing of many people around this restaurant, please don't pollute the environment with smoke from coal gas. toxic that you guys made this dish too. Our child had difficulty breathing every morning when he went to school, when the restaurant was preparing to present the wonderful dish that customers rated on social networks, no one understood our child. Please stop letting the exhaust fumes you cook fly into the sky

Amazing food....but don't do happy hour if you're looking to have a good time. Bartender is super strict and cheap on the pours....ruined my Freakin Friday turn up ‍♀️

So I grew up mostly in southern states and parts of Texas and I thought for sure in my many years in the Bay Area that I had to accept that good BBQ was not nearly as available as those places, but Jackie's really blew me away with how perfectly all the food was made, plated, presented... and with fantastic service and an easy breakdown of how the restaurant operates. Ordering was simple with a self-service approach to the dining area. I loved the ribs and would recommend trying them without sauce at first so you can really taste the perfect smoky finish on them. The sides are all really great- would say that a more traditional coleslaw would be fantastic (this one was quite spiced with a kick!) thanks so so much for the great food experience will be back!! Thank you Juju for the hospitality.

Parking: Parking lot in back of restaurant. It has 30 spaces. You can park meters parking or free street parking around the corner Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp for wheel chairs to enter facility and elevator inside to go downstairs to the restroom.
