Jackie M's and Son Cafe and Catering

The Door Dash option is horrible. My office ordered over $100 worth of food. We were only given the option for fries with all orders and we received Miss Vickie’s Kettle Chips. I called because I assumed this had to be a mistake. I was told they don’t send fries through Door Dash due to them not being able to guarantee they would still be warm. If that’s your standard it should state that at the time of ordering. Not allow us to order it thinking we’re going to get fries and then send chips. Even sent a big bag of ketchup?? I even offered to come pick them up due to that information not being relayed but the lady just kept repeating that’s not an option on Door Dash. I hung up! I’m good on Jackie M’s! Just know if you get Door Dash you ain’t getting fries

This is my first and sometimes only stop when I visit Augusta. The Jerk Soul Rolls are my favorite, and if I’m real hungry, I add a gut buster. The Philly cheesesteak is always fresh, the bread is perfectly soft, and it’s the perfect balance of meat and cheese. If I’m going to feed my friends, I get all flavors of the soul rolls, chicken Philly, cheesesteak Philly, and the perfectly cooked and amazingly crispy wings. Add a bottle of purple or mixed, and you got something amazing. You can’t say or visit Augusta without including Jackie M’s and Son. Parking: Plenty of parking
