I gave a raving review for Jackalope about 2 months ago. Now I had a bad experience, and gave feedback to the restaurant and have not received a response in several weeks. We should have checked the bill closer when we were there, that's on us. We were charged for 2 things that we didn't receive. We didn't get the salad that should have come with one menu item. The meals were small portions and not hot. No one came back to ask how they were. I had to order a drink twice before it came. Just very disappointing overall and even more that they didn't acknowledge or reply to feedback sent.

A fantastic experience at the jackalope ranch. The owner and staff greeted us warmly and treated us to the outstanding menu options. Recommended is the meat lovers special. Order the banana pudding early because they run out quickly

Me and the fam came up in for dinner. The place looked awesome and the people was friendly. Me n my pops split the pit master platter, and let me tell you. There was nothing on this platter that had a lick of seasoning. The beans we got was more like paste then anything. The chicken was hot on the outside and cold on the inside. I totally understand that brisket gets a good bark on the outside but that’s all we got was some bark ! There was no tender meat just burnt. The ribs was chewy and the pulled pork was bone dry. Only things decent on the platter was the hot link and the pickle. I’m sure the other menu items are good but the bbq we got was terrible. Will come back though, happy hour looks good !

Good food service a little slow

Beautiful restaurant nasty food. Green beans and corn were not seasoned and tasted boiled with no seasoning. Stuffing was hard as a rock and cold. The turkey and brisket was okay. The mashed potatoes were good. Other than that I was starving from hiking and being out all day and could barely get through the meal. I love cranberry sauce and this was so gross I couldn't eat it. Shame because it's a beautiful venue.

A little story… family of 12. 8 adults and 4 kids. Slow everything and we went Monday night at 5:15. Apps were good, dinner was was sub par. Wife had the lobster sliders and hardly any lobster which was also old and fishy tasting. Myself and father in law had the ribs. Dried out light they had been sitting under a heat lamp forever. All the sides were ok at best. A server dropped a whole tray of food next to us which splattered on a few of our cloths. The owner came over and offered to have things dry cleaned which was nice. But not sure how my mother in law was supposed to take off her pants to get cleaned. Food took forever to arrive. Check arrives and guess what… not ever a little discount applied for ruining 3 peoples outfits. Just avoid this place as the food was not good and the overall experience was terrible.
