I got a regular Jumbo Jack a large drink. I love Jack in the Box .

The manager is awesome. The workers r awesome. Always see me and know my order on the app.

Messed up my order twice and got no response.

This is a third time I get home and I miss in food.

Bummed! I ordered a hamburger and got the wrong thing. Course, I forgot to check my bag before leaving the drive through. Never happened before, so hope it doesn't happen again.

I walked in with a toddler needing a restroom. It was locked. I asked the very young boy working the cash register to open it please. He said i had to spend money first. I said we were not hungry, it was an emergency. The manager walked by hearing the entire conversation. Did not matter. We left. Never to return. Been going to this Jack n the box for years. Not anymore.
