Jack in the Box

We really enjoy the Jack in the Box shakes and we typically go once a weekend since we enjoy them so much. Every time we have gone, there has never been shake mix in the machine, which is fine since we do not mind waiting since they are delicious, but we had recently gone this weekend and we did not have a great experience. When we ordered, we were informed of our wait time which was no issue so we pulled to the front of the store and we were waiting for quite some time. When we would look inside, it seemed liked everyone was standing around talking to one another. After about 40 minutes, we walked in and had to ask them about the progress of our order; We had ordered three vanilla and one Oreo but unfortunately only walked out with three vanilla since they did not put enough mix into the machine to make the fourth. Luckily the manager was super nice and gave us a refund on the missing item. From now on we will be going to a different location.

The fish on the sandwiches was very strong. I couldn't eat it. The frys were 3.79 for a small order and saugy and warm not good! The young m a n who took our order was fast and good.He double checked the order and was very fast.

Great drunk food

I ordered the Double Jack combo and added a small chocolate shake. The burger, like nearly all fast food burgers, was a little soggy. Tasted good though. I really liked the fries, which were hot and crispy. Could have used a little more salt. Most places don't cook their fries long enough to get crisp. The shake was excellent. I went for the large size and it was too much food. Next time I will try medium.

Parking: It's a little awkward because the light that it's just east of goes from three lanes to two lanes. And the road going South is not a road, and there's no access to the restaurant. Meaning you have to turn around turn right and then turn into the parking lot getting to the drive-thru is awkward if the parking lot is full

Food is great and very clean and very new store

We dined in, and the fountain drink area was filthy and sticky. We also used the drive-thru, and the drive-thru window looked like they hadn't cleaned it since their grand opening. The wait is terrible! We noticed that the owner or manager makes remarks that sound good, but nothing is ever done. Wish the old Jack in the box was still across the street.
