Feels dark and dirty inside. The counter girl wasn't friendly at all. The food was greasy and didn't taste very good. There are many better choices for lunch or dinner in the area.
This is tge worst jack in the box.
This place has had to deal with a lot of problems due to their Location on a busy corner of 6th Avenue; crime vandalism and other issues, but every time I have come here they have been prompt, helpful and kind.
Web says they close at 2am. Gues what? They close at 830p. The lights are on and they get snappy yelling that they are closed.
Hours of operation not consistent
Very disappointed in the way I was treated upon arrival of this Jack in the box. It was around 8pm and we were walking from WinCo back to our new residence which was just a block away. (Why drive? ) when I wanted something to eat from Jack in the box it's been a quick minute that we actually got to treat ourselves . One I thought was well deserved but I was wrong. When we entered (to order) we were told the lobby was closed and once we ordered we would not be able to stay in the lobby and would have to exit the restaurant ASAP. Even though all the signs posted said the lobby was closed at 10pm. The manager assumed we were homeless and we were only there to what? I'm really not sure. But what if we were homeless?? Does that mean we cannot spend our money and buy ourselves food. Do we not deserve to eat jack in the box?? I was not dressed to stand against the elements all night Long that's for sure. I felt like she assumed I had no home to return to . (Yes I had several bags of groceries in my arms. We just left the grocery store and were on our way home with our groceries!!? Yes we were walking. Does that mean we don't deserve to be treated like a paying customer?) Where is the compassion? I was not asking for a hand out! I was not asking for the shirt off their backs.!? If we were homeless does that mean we are less than? I am appalled at their behavior and in disbelief of how they treat their customers.!! If that's how they treat people you wonder how they are still in business??
