This Jack in the Box its average like all the other Jack in the boxes. They have their good days and they have their bad days. Not a lot to say at least they're better than Wendy's around the corner from them stay away from that place in Sparks Wendy's not Jack in Box.

Don't recommend it! The employees here are rude, unprofessional, and don't care about their customers. They messed up my order and had unbelievable attitudes when I asked them to fix it. It wasn't even a big fix, I asked for curly fries and got regular fries instead. How difficult is it to swap and give what I asked for? Apparently pretty difficult because they acted like they couldn't do it at first. Luckily I ordered drive-thru because the place was filthy when I came in. Would not want to sit and eat in there. It's not worth the hassle.

This is a hit or miss place. I have had good service and food, and then I have had bad service and missing food and cold food bad and over cooked food. I have never gone in, so I can't speak to the inside of the restaurant. Jack in the Box has a lot of choices when you're in a rush, just remember it's hard to find good help sometimes.

Horrible tacos . What is this its so flat lettuce was old and wilted. Still horrible lack of care of quality of food. Happend again. Manager cared less. Check out there response. They don't care.
