I only review if I have a a terrible time, or an excellent time. I ordered via the app for my meal. I got there and looks understaffed. I waited around 5-6 minutes to finally get my pick-up order. Then, the bag I received was ripped up, it still looked OK enough to carry. I got my cup holder for drinks then proceeded to go to my car. It turned it out it was also ripped and my car got spilled with soda. Then, the order turned out to be wrong, I asked for plain burger (no cheese as well) and they got it wrong as well as the fries. The manager made it right and was sweet. I got home and it was also wrong, because I didn't double check, why would I, maybe I should have.

The customer service at this location is trash. The lady taking our order tonight was extremely rude and when we asked about a certain sauce they had she made some snarky remark how they didn’t have it. Long and behold when we finally got our food, they DID have it. Treat your customers with some respect
