French fries were old & dry

Went there today, order tacos, onion rings, curly fries, chicken wrap, and a strawberry shake. The onion rings were so disgusting. They look like they were wicks sold and the curly fries everything was hard as a rock. The tacos were soggy and chicken wrap when I've got home and served it right away I tried to call them back and let them know how bad the food was, but as of yet, I have not had any answer I usually love Jack-in-the-Box, but this experience was horrible

This place is pretty clean, and the service is pretty good. The only issue is that sometimes, by the end of the day, the oil is so burned that the food all tastes the same.

I was in line and then the cashier wants me to make the line again just because I have questions with the menu she is insane. I waz not able to order of course.

The chicken sandwich was great
