The bathrooms are super dirty, I'm not saying that there are papers lying around but the toilet was like it had never been washed, there are people working but it's like there was no one because the soda dispenser is almost empty, there aren't many options and it took a long time to give the food, there were several waiting

Shorted me one jumbo jack. I called the phone number many times but no answer.

I feel like it's deceptive for their service goals to have the customers back up in the drive thru until the order is ready.

Garbage service. Went drive-thru they asked me to park out front to wait for me order. They were asking a lot of people to do that today. Why? Might as well walk-in. I chose drive-thru because I didn't have much time. It was a mistake to come here. Took a long time to bring my order out, and they didn't give me any sauces. You don't expect much from a fast-food place, and they can't even do that well.

The restroom was disgusting. The man that came out before me looked homeless. He left the toilet flooded with napkins and garbage. Terrible
