Jack in the Box

Went in there today around 12:30 the men's restroom was fifty with trash on the floor. Went to the counter to order and stood their for just about 5 minutes and no one came to take my order, so I just decided to walk out and will never return to this dirty, fithy and bad service Jack in the Box......

Never understood why I go through the drive thru for 1 Breakfast Jack. They tell me pull around front even when there is NOBODY behind me. When I pull around they are standing there with my order..What kinda service is this

Izela, the drive-thru attendant was super sweet. There was a discrepancy in the order, but she handled everything with patience and a smile. I really appreciate great customer service. It makes a difference in a decision to return or not, and I will definitely be returning for their food and service.

Food was okay. Service and wait was not so good. We walked in around 2pm and were the only ones in the place. Had to wait like 10 minutes before anyone actually came to the register to take care of us. The lady was not especially friendly or helpful. We ordered our food and waited another 15 minutes. Took almost a half hour to get "fast food". The floors were sticky and tables were not clean. My first experience with Jack in the box was not so great. I don't think I'll be coming back.
