Jack in the Box

Took 15 minutes being the only customer, asked for a DRY sandwich and got a soggy mess. They couldn't have fumbled the ball any worse.

They totally got the order wrong and it took FOREVER to get it straightened out! I'm a Favor runner and that messes with my tip. Not only that, when I ordered a medium Sprite they didn't bother to tell me they were out! Bad experience

Honestly I want to put zero stars cause why does this location say that it’s open 24 hours and then i go and no one is there to take my order but it’s open. It just made me really sad cause I have been craving jack in the crack but they let me down tonight :’(

It's so dark it looks like they're closed. The young lady that took my order was SUPER. The food on the other hand is consistent with the 1 star I'd already given. The mostly invisible burger was crispier than pork rinds though it had a fresh bun, cheese, and veggies. This location is in desperate need of attention and some TLC. I'll NEVER GO TO THIS ONE AGAIN. I may only go once or twice last year but this was definitely my last. Thanks young lady for the job well done. You were the only positive in the whole experience.
