If I could give 0 I would! Service is always awful! I’m not going back there anymore. Nobody cares if you are waiting there for 20 minutes to order. They are looking into your eyes and still ignore you. So many young kids with no experience and proper training working there. chickens on their salads got smaller and smaller. I had to argue with them today because of the size of their chickens that you pay 9$ for. bags missing items and you have to remind them. very bad management.

Weekly, I attempt to order before work, yet this location, along with numerous others nearby, consistently asserts their systems are offline, hindering order placement. Meanwhile, I observe employees idling about and indulging in food. Such conduct is intolerable, especially given the company's advertising of round-the-clock service.

This is the best Jack-in-the-box in Natomas. Service is always great, they have the best staff. Food is always good, unlike some other places. The worst issue is that they've ran out of food items because they're always crowded. Sometimes the lines are long but that's because they're the best fast food place in South Natomas. Love it here.

Good that day & fast service! I like to be in & out in that parking lot at night.
