Ase falta personal alfrente para atender a los clientes pues aveces mea tocado ver clientes enfadarse de esperar y mejor se ban y yo también agoto mi tiempo esperando aunque ay una persona tomando ordenes en el drive truck por más que se apresura nos suficiente y nadie la ayuda

I've been to this jack in the box two times each time the people taken order couldn't understand stand me but this second cost really grossed me out I had a burger and after biting it there was a long hair connected to it gross ....zoom in to picture where you can see the cheese and you can see a red ball wit hairs on it

Cindi the older African American lady had a attitude and was rude and her face was frowned up need better associates with brighter personalities.

JBOX # 3581 Riverside - Men's room was dirty and the hand dryer is broken 01/05/24. Slow unfriendly service, Crystal took my order. I order a # 24 and the eggs where fried to say the least, i threw about half away. Sticky floors and the tables had a dirty towel film.
