The wait was to long...17 minutes. The combo 13 grilled chicken was raw/cold when received it.

Never fails anytime there's a problem with my food they give me attitude. Worst part is, they like to talk about you to all the other employees so they can get in on the bad customer service. They gave me cold food and I asked to have it remade. They said I should call corperate instead of remake it. Omg wow. Smh

Slow service. NO ICE!! Didn't tell us. Took awhile to receive a refund with rude acknowledgement. Asked for the cup back. Why? Are they going to reuse it?Looked at us with discust. Felt like no one knew what they were doing. As I was waiting for my order they asked if I already received it.Auto door entry on restroom not working. Needed someone to open with key! We will never GO BACK there. NEVER!!!!
