BRING THE CHICKEN TATER MELT BACK !!!!!

My husband and I always come here. He comes after work a lot and the employee Claudia is constantly rude to him. He ordered a double jack meal and regular curly fry. She asked him rudely what he wanted and when he asked to change the order she sighed at him like it was an inconvenience. His double jack was burnt and his curly fries were stale and old.

Ordered a Fish Sandwich with extra Tarter Sauce and medium Curly Fries through the mobile app and immediately drove 1.1 miles to pick up. Spent an inordinate amount of time in drive thru before getting my food which was very disappointing. The sandwich was lukewarm and dry except for a dime sized spot of tarter sauce and the fries old and cold! Shame on you Jack in the Box on Central, you just lost a long time customer!

I tried to order through the drive thru and I was greeted at first but I guess the employee decided they didn’t want to take any more order because after asking for my supreme croissant I hear nothing. Waited 5 minutes asking” excuse me and hello” and no one said anything. I pulled up to the window and the employees ignored me. They were still open and I just wanted to order. Jack is my go to after a night out because I know it will be open but I guess not anymore . Don’t bother going to this location late, they won’t help you

I attempted to dine-in around 9:30pm there doors were locked.For what reason i don't know.There schedule clearly states they were open till 10pm ‍♂️ ‍♂️ ‍♂️. So today is 1/29/24 and i thought I'd give this Jack in box location a second chance.Well what do know we have another issue.So my total was $12.70 So i hand over a 50 dollar bill and 70 cents in change.The female cashier lady gives me back 28 dollars and can clearly see it in my hand.She refused to give me my money back.I wonder how many people she has done this too as a side hustle.Wow unbelievable her named started with an A but i couldn't pronounce it or quite read it,it was too long.I am so disgusted with this place

You have to give your order to two or three people before they get it, correct?

The chicken in the chicken teriyaki bowl is highly processed. Service was terrible.
