Jack in the Box

I ordered on the app. It showed up on my bank account. But guess what no food or I can't get anyone to call me back. I'm done with this store. I deleted the app. That's two times.

Served me uncooked boba and refused to answer the phone.

Food was put together very sloppily. I ordered extra pickles. I was charged for extra pickles but only received 2 pickles. However, I received enough lettuce for about 5 sandwiches.

Terrible service, I was rushed through my order, the older lady working the drive-thru called me a racist, that's funny being my name is Garcia. She was not wearing a name tag but the receipt that I had to ask for 2 times says Christe. The Mexican music they had playing at the Jack in the Box was pretty loud and she was singing, I'm not even sure she was an employee sense she was in a t-shirt and jean's. I've gone to this particular Jack in the Box for 16 yrs but I'll make the drive across town to avoid this location and the insults.
