Jack in the Box

I have received the absolute worst garbage known as food. I am genuinely pissed and getting a refund. My 2 sandwiches, which I was told were hot and fresh, were ice cold and stale. Don't eat here. This place has no good food. This is the 3rd time I've dealt with this.

Super slow service. Its super frustrating to see every single customer in the drive-thru get served before anyone even approaches you at the front counter. And the drive-thru line here is like 20 cars long on the regular. For what, a 15 dollar burger? No thanks.

I ordered online for delivery , and then someone cancelled my order and I did not get a refund and Jack in the box would not answer their phone, I spent 20 dollars!!! I’m actually so mad

Bit into my breakfast sandwich to see a glob of mold in my eggs.

No milkshakes at night

I smoke a lot of green ....Jack knows this and has my back with them tacos man...

For delivery, they always seem to miss part of the order or get an item wrong. They do offer to fix the issue if you go down to the store but will not refund the missing item over the phone. They will give you the did of a replacement drink. it really defeats the point of delivery.
