Jack in the Box

JITB is always hit or miss… this one leaned more towards miss… We waited 22 mins for 2 tacos & a burger… via drive thru. After the 2nd person behind got their food, my husband went it and the manager realized the clerk had given our food to someone else. The manager did the right thing to cook us fresh food- but the ticket went undone for 13mins and it wasn’t until my husband went in, that our order was even acknowledged.

The people working here need to get fired ASAP! hire new people! It shouldn't take 10 to 20 minutes to take an order and another 20 waiting for food. It's every single time at this place! Nothing but lazy people! Why do you work here if you don't like your job!

If you find yourself here, just know they are gonna find a way to mess up your order. Every. Time. I. Go.

This jack in the box location is pathetic why is it still open I was the only car in drive threw and sat and waiting 15 mins to have my order taken while there workers were out side for the night shift once I got to the window they all of a sudden didn't have what I wanted including drink not to mention the buns on my burger were hard this location needs better management very unpleasant experience wish I could give no stars want be giving this location another dime of my money

Kid either hates his life or hates his job. He doesnt need to be working for jack n the box though. Such a disrespectful emolyee when it comes to making the food.

I could not believe how inefficient this location is. If a single order is taken, no other customer can speak or be spoken to. ONE car is allowed to order, then drive to window, pay, and wait for around 10-15 minutes to be given their order and drive away. Then, and only then can another order be taken. This location reminds me that there ARE people who didn't graduate high school and that they do live among us.
