Jack in the Box

This one star should not even be there, but for Google purposes it has to. The many of times I've been to this specific location, I've had poor service and the food quality is not up to par with the surrounding Jack In The Box locations. They have a new fish sandwich that is not advertised on the menu, but it is no where near delicious, the bun is old, fish is sour, and over fried. I mean they have chicken teriyaki bowls and egg rolls that are way better than that. But this place needs to be shut down and replace it with at least a standalone Del Taco or Popeyes.

How is this location even in business? I stopped even trying to come here! Every time I came they tell me there is not enough workers or the payment is down or don't even answer at all!! What a joke go to 51st and thunderbird there always great and always answer the drive thru.

The worst service I have ever had to pay for. The disrespectful management and cold food is a few grievances I have, as they make you wait an average of 38min for anything you order after the order has been placed. This is the norm at this establishment. My suggestion is to go another mile or two out of the area to avoid the frustration and to experience a better mood .

Everything is great love it

Ordered some tacos and curly fries in the drive-thru. Waited nearly 20 mins for them to come out. Went in to check, food just sitting in warming bay and employee seemed confused.

Management is an absolute joke. Every employee is down right irresponsible, disrespectful and dumb. How do you work there & not know how to make the food? Or process a refund? All employees and management deserve disciplinary action.
