No volvería a este lugar, Entró una persona de la calle, tocó y manipulo todos los utensilios de comida que estaban cerca de las bebidas, el personal lo estaba viendo y no hicieron absolutamente nada para evitar esta situación, es anti higiénico esta acción y puede causar problemas de salud a los consumidores.

Finally a Jack in the Box that got my order perfect … I am very difficult sometimes ! But it was perfect ! Dietary restrictions: No cheese please !

Found a hair inside the patty I tried pulling the hair out of my mouth and it came out all in one piece. I honestly suspect and it’s obvious foul play was at play after changing my order last minute at the window. They took this personal and to the next level. A poor experience doesn’t even begin to explain how i feel. Keep that in mind if you plan on eating here. Because I will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!

Had a terrible experience at this JIB. Walked and asked to use the restroom first but the staff insisted that I must purchase something before I can use it with a stern look. So I paid for a $11 item. The restroom was a disgusting mess. Yuk! Came out to get my food and saw there was a big liquid spill in front of the soda dispenser. It was a risk hazard but wasn't being addressed timely. I enjoy eating at JIB but this location made me wanna stay far away from it for a while.

Food is bomb, especially the #5 with 3 egg rolls

If i could give 0 stars I would. The employee named “Julieta” has the absolute worst customer service you can ever imagine. Let me explain, my mother asked for her to open the restroom nicely, as one should, this Julieta woman completely ignored her and started screaming at other coworkers explaining that orders come first and restrooms come last but also throwing indirects at my mother. I understand, orders should be completed within a certain amount of time, but a few seconds to press on a button to open the restroom wouldn’t make too much of a difference. This woman also has a superiority complex against a young male worker and would scream in his face telling him he’s not aloud to use more than one coupon on customers (which is not what happened, there were separate transactions being made). After waiting up front, she continued to scream at her coworkers, keep in mind she is not a manager, and would practically scold them AND customers. If I am being honest, the place was no where near as occupied as I have seen in other places. There was no need to act that way even if it was occupied. It comes to show how incapable they are to control their emotions and work under “pressure”. It drives customers away. I hope punitive action is taken against this Julieta person as that was no way to treat customers or coworkers. The above occurred Saturday, March 16, 2024 around 10 AM.
