Jack in the Box

Sat in the drive thru for 30 mins waiting to get my food. Lady in the window would rather set and chat with her friend sitting in the car instead of giving me my food. Next visit: they told me they couldn't take my order because computers were down, but that was a lie. They were waiting until the truck showed up so they didn't have to take any orders. When I pulled up to the window after waiting in the parking lot. Guy came out the back door yelling, "it's over now. We ain't taking your order. The truck is here. This is what fast food is coming too. All Gallatin pike and Dickerson rd. Restaurants have terrible service. Need a upgrade guys. Stop hiring scum off the side of the road just to fill a position

Didn't gave me my complete order, I asked to order something else to my order and the lady was very rude about it saying she had already sent my order, instead of just placing my second order. When asked for stuff like cup holder, ketchup, teriyaki sauce she said they were out of all of the stuff I asked for.

This location is marked as a 24 hour service but yet they have more than one occasion said that they’re closed. They cannot take any orders. They represent the Jack-in-the-Box corporation 24 hours and yet you got employees that’s actually getting paid not to take orders. this is a problem For your company just letting you know address 3900 Dickerson Pike Nashville, Tennessee is getting paid not to take orders for 24 hour business

This place is awful. They don't care who they hire! Customer service is awful. While you're ordering they say, "what else? What else? what else?" They don't even know what lettuce wrapped is. They'll charge for an extra patty, but never give it to you. Happened every time we've ordered an extra patty. Then they laugh at you when you pull up to the window to pay, and mock you, saying, "lettuce wrap, lettuce wrap". Like, there is a button with lettuce wrap on it people! I've seen it on my receipts at different locations. Bad place with worse employees, and I do NOT recommend!

I'm really glad this isn't the first Jack in the Box I ate at because I'd never eat at another one after eating at this location. Food was cold and not prepared correctly, the lady in the drive-through was super rude and didn't say a word to me other then tell me my total when I pulled up to the window. She took my card, swiped it, handed it back, closed the window, got my food, and handed it to me. I asked for some good good sauce. She rolled her eyes and grabbed 1 and threw it in my bag, all of that without saying a word. I love Jack in the Box food, but this location was terrible.
