Jack in the Box

It's jack in the box, you either like it or you don't.

It's a jack in the box, so I'm not here reviewing jack in the box food. Go look elsewhere if you want that. Although I will say that the food was cooked to the ideal standard for what Jack in the Box customers should expect. I went in here during a massive rainstorm that suddenly came out of no where while I was getting my car repaired next door. I came in here to get food and wait for my car. I got the crispy chicken sandwich meal. It was totally fine. I love the soda machine for having my Diet Coke lime ginger available since they have that machine that has like 100 combinations of syrups to make the drink you want. The staff was nice because I didn't know what I wanted. Granted it was empty at that moment so it would be weird if they rushed me. They were totally nice. I was there well after my meal was finished waiting out the rain and my car repair. No one bothered me. Overall great experience. I don't normally eat Jack in the Box or fast food in general so I was very pleased that it was not so over greasy that i later regretted it since I wasn't used to eating that way. If i wanted to eat jack in the box again I'd go here. Well, lf I were near this location. I live in irvine so I'm not going to drive from Irvine just for this restaurant, but I am also not going to get in my car and get Jack in the Box normally.

I ordered via the app - 6 supreme sourdough breakfast sandwiches for my team. I manage a business 1/4 mile away, I get to my store and have a quick huddle to start the day and begin to hand out a quick breakfast snack... I was shorted 1 sandwich!! I called the restaurant to the number that was provided online, but nobody answered nor returned my call. I filed a complaint on the app for a simple refund of 1 sandwich to which I was told the owner of the business would reach out to me. . . . Nothing yet!! Forget the money, just BE BETTER!!! We depend on your staff to be correct when we order as you do the same when you go out to other restaurants.
