Feb 11, 2024. I went through the drive thru and they told me they were only doing mobile orders. I don’t have the time to waste to download an app and order my food when I’m already at the drive thru, what’s the point of having one if your gonna tell people that you’re only doing mobile orders. This is not how you run a business. Also i don’t know who they hire but every single time i ask for no mustard they put mustard, it’s like if they have no clue what’s going on around them. Bad service and employees are not respectful. 0/10
I drove through the window, ordered my food.they were not busy.the Restaurant was Dirty.food on floor and counters.food was horrible and definitely not fresh.i ordered the juicy bacon Swiss buttery jack, Well it was everything but that.my tacos the shell was not fresh a totally disappointing experience.these are not Jack in the Box standards.
Food went up in price but product got smaller. Didn't taste that good.
The past 3 times I’ve gone they keep getting my order wrong, my mistake for continuing to hope for a different outcome but they can’t get a plain cheeseburger right. They always add everything a regular cheeseburger has ignoring what I asked for.
