Jack in the Box

Hard to order or understand the person through the speaker system. Had to repeat my order 3 times.

Went here on 4/11/24 for my family of six. 5 piece chicken tenders, five burgers in total and six fries. No drinks or anything. We were in a rush so after arriving to our destination, we discovered only ONE item was correct: one double cheeseburger. In the bag were two large curly fries (which we didn't order), and we recieved a chicken tenders box, but we look inside to find MORE CURLY FRIES. Absolutely nothing was correct, and after spending more than fifteen minutes in the drive thru and over $50 for my entire family to be left starving, it was very frustrating. The location is across town from where we live, so we would've spent more on gas to drive there than to get it fixed. Our 11 year old was crying because she didn't get a single item we paid for. Disappointed is an understatement.

Had an absolutely terrible experience. Came to this Jack in the Box to order food for a family of 6 and received almost none of it. I got to the drive through and the lady would not take the order of the car in front of me. After what felt like forever she finally took their order then it was my turn. When I spoke, the lady, Marisol, told me she wasn't ready. I waited approximately 5 minutes before she let me know I can order. Once I placed my order she asked me to park out front and I'd recieve my food in a bit. Mind you she looked and sounded miserable as she did so. I then waited another 5 minutes until I saw somebody come out with my food. I left expecting everything was in order, however, upon checking the contents of the bag all I received from my order was my Ultimate Cheeseburger and the Chicken Tenders. I did not recieve my FOUR Jumbo Jack's with Cheese and I DID NOT recieve my SIX small frys. Instead they gave me 2 Curly fries that I DID NOT ASK FOR. I spent about 15 minutes total of my time and over $50 dollars of my money just to recieve terrible service and a ridiculously incorrect order. WILL NOT BE COMING HERE AGAIN!!

I tired to order to tacos and the girl said that they don't have any because their frozen and said they have mini taco's..... So, mini tacos aren't frozen either?

Food is good and reasonably priced.
