I bought my loaded breakfast here and was the only thing I ate all day and now I have food poisoning i won’t ever buy from jacks again

It's closed from 4:00am to 4:30am

Constantly raising prices and now charging for sauces, this place has gone downhill. From one of my first choices to last resort. Spend your money elsewhere.

I don't know what happened to the crew here but this is not the service I've experienced before. The order was incomplete and 3x I asked for a large meal and received a small instead. Communication is not there and service is now a one star from a previous 5 Star.

I got charged for "dipping sauce," not extra just one ranch for my combo. I usually get breakfast here, which is probably why I have never noticed, but I will definitely not be coming back.
