Jack in the Box

Food is decent. Not expecting anything mind-blowing from a fast food burger. I come here if I need a burger fix before work. My issue with this place is the people who work here. I don’t expect top-tier service from Jack in the Box, but basic communication shouldn't be too much to ask for. The employees are rude, prideful and can't accept the idea that they made a mistake. If the customer says he was charged for the wrong item or received the wrong item, as has happened to me multiple times here, then they will defend themselves to their last breath, refusing to believe that they might be at fault. I really have to question why I keep coming here.

I visit this location on a regular. Went last night got cold food and once l called to make the M.O.D aware of this problem. He suggested l put it in the microwave since l wasn't able to come right back on his time. Very unacceptable. Then when l asked his name he hung up on me and continued to ignore my calls after. I went back today only to find the same disrespectful manager. Who just so happened to be the GM of this location. Since he couldn't hang up again because in person at this point. He just kept repeatedly interrupting me. By asking how many l help u over and over not giving me any answers about the conversation the night before. As if he didn't remember what my complaint was about. Then proceeded to snatch the recipient out of my hand.This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had here and now l understand why they rarely have business. If this is how he's going to act they will surely lose the few customers who visits this location. Do better as a g.m and leader. Plus he still never gave me his name!!!

Ordered delivery, they didn’t give everything to the DoorDash driver, food was missing and not properly sealed so it was hard to determine who had the fault here. One of my wraps straight up had no chicken in it, drink and shake missing. Worst part is NOBODY WILL ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN YOU CALL TO LET THEM KNOW YOU’RE HAVING SOMEONE COME BACK TO GET THE LOST ITEMS! I worked in the service industry for 8 years, I know what it’s like, and this right here is why nobody takes us seriously. Pitiful. Can’t expect to get paid more and care less, that’s just ignorant.

Order number 923149. It has been at least 8 months since I have gone to this Jack in the box. It seems like every time I go there's something wrong with the order. This time the order included four Jumbo Jacks, two breakfast, large fries, and a large coke. All four Jumbo did not have onions on them. I called the store, I was told they would give me one Free Jumbo Jack, and I told them it wasn't worth my time coming back. With food prices high you would expect things to be done correctly. I would avoid this location unless it is the last thing that is open.

I tried the clucker chicken sandwich for the first time. Not bad, but Popeyes and BK's are the best. I grew up eating the greasy regular tacos. We all know they're greasy, but I won't get them anymore. The greasiest they've ever been. Soaked thru the bag and made me feel sick. Guess I just can't handle them anymore. I'll stick to the breakfast sandwich and burgers.

Jack in the Box has become one of our top go-to fast food restaurants for breakfast, lunch and diner. Most of the time we use DoorDash for delivery and have been pleased with quality and portions of each order. Most recently we tried the breakfast Bacon Sausage combo breakfast and loved them.

The place is always empty and feels weird. one of the workers looked at his co-worker weirdly when my sister talked to him in Spanish. The food was great and the coworker was also great.
