The service was fast and not 5 min my food was ready and it was amazing.I recommend for a late snack it brings a nice atmosphere. Parking: It has a decent amount of parking, around maybe 10 or so. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp in the front entrance and really close parking to the front.

Went thru drive thru order was wrong manager had very bad attitude.

Did not receive items I paid for sauce was not on the hamburger. The hamburger was overcooked and overdone. When you try to call him they never answer their phone.

I don't eat fast food often but I love Jack in the box and every time I have gone here the food is always good I normally don't eat inside but when I do it's normally quite clean And the staff is friendly

Well-made food this time, I was kind of surprised, given that most other visits led to substandard products. Thank you for tasty and filling food.

My order cost me $39.38 the 5 piece Crispy chicken strips being the most expensive item at $8.99. When I got home I notice the chicken strips missing. The guy at the drive through wearing a hoody and cap confirmed to me that my order was complete so I trusted his judgment an error on my part . When I called Them I advised them I could not return since I live a bit far and didn’t want to waste my gas and time. I told them I would go back in the morning. They said they would leave a note for the morning shift. When I got there the manager Loren told me there was no note. She asked for my receipt which I had to go back to my and get. When I went back in she looked at my receipt and told me she could not give me the item missing nor could she give me a refund because she did not know who the shift leader was working last night although all the information was on the receipt So basically I got ripped off for $8.99. Loren who is the manager/cook was very rude and would not look an me when talking to me. After attempting to calm her down she tried to find out who the shift leader was last night, but when she couldn’t she just told another employee to put 3 chicken tenders I. The fryer, not even the correct order. Unsatisfied with the rudeness I told her to to forget it and left the store. Her response was ok and shrouged her shoulders with an “I DONT CARE” attitude. I’m a Cristian man and I don’t fight or argue so I just said thank you and got out of there. I just don’t like the feeling of getting ripped off but I would really appreciate it if I got my money back.
