Asked for no cheese or sauce on the tacos, they gave me this. Just asking for competence

They have bad customer service doesn't even speak English

I called in regards to a mobile order, I was missing a couple items. My food was cold and whoever made the order made everything sloppy, the person who answered was extremely rude and tried implying that I was lying about my missing order, I wanted him to remake my missing order but when I realized how the food looked and the way was handled I just felt it wasn't worth the hassle, I lost money, the way the food was prepared it wasn't worth going back to get my missing items of food. Everything looked like they just slapped the sauces and lettuce on heavily tacos had like 2 pieces of lettuce, it was very poorly made, the guy mentioned we were the only order so even more not sure why the food was made as if it was a busy night, definitely won't be going back to this location

Spend 30 dollars and they charge you 25 cents for an extra sauce... Gfys pos jack in the box
