Jack in the Box

This store is slow and rude, they refry the fries and the jumbo jack meat is so dry, like it's been all night sitting in holding pans. I asked for refund and the boy refused to give my monies back until he heard me talking to police. Then he went in his pocket and gave me some change slapped my hand so the change fell on ground, I had to get out my car to get my change. Can't tell the so called mgr. Consuela cause she is also rude and loud, they act like they don't speak English? Some of them have been working there for years and you tell me you don't speak Jack in the box English? Where is the owner? do he know how rude and disorganized this place is? And when you go inside nobody recognizes you cause they all are working drive thru. It's terrible that the owner doesn't give a damn about the customers cause if they did I wouldn't be writing this review. Also when another race work there they sabotage them by cooking slow to make it seem like it's the cahiers fault then the next time you go back that person is no longer there. I have seen this happen several times and it's not cool at all. This store is raciest to the fullest. I will never go back to this racist place again. And Jack in the box corporate need to look into this for real.

Service was so poor the lady at the drive thru was like she was giving me my food for free so unprofessional she didn’t even say my total amount my first time here and my last time coming to the restaurant
