Late last night, I used the app to order chicken strips, curly fries, onion rings and a shake. When I got home, I realized they gave me two orders of onion rings, so old and overcooked we couldn’t eat them. I brought them back this morning and explained what happened and asked them to remake the onion rings and provide the curly fries. They said they needed the receipt. I wasn’t given a receipt. I paid using the app. I offered to pull up the order in the app, she said she needed the paper receipt. I was never given a paper receipt. I had the food in its original boxes and in the bag from last night. I said, isn’t it obvious that this ids from Jack in the box? She said “I don’t know where you got that from”. Again, I offered to show her in the app. No go. This is a jack in the box located about 3 blocks from my house. I eat there 2-4 times a week. Well, I used to. This restaurant is constantly out of something - chicken, shakes, certain soft drinks, onion rings, etc. Their management is clearly not ordering correctly, as well as not training their staff on good customer service. Jack in the Box really should replace management or close this location. It is an embarrassment to their good stores.
