Jack in the Box

I went here today at 1:20pm got told that they would not be taking orders for another 20 minutes, that they was in the middle of a shift change, I waited in the parking lot until 1:45pm and went back through the drive thru again, just to be told the same thing that they wouldn't be taking orders for another 20 min, that he was clocked out and no one else was there. This is absolutely unbelievable, and totally unacceptable. Will never come back

Idk how they are still in business.

Placed a order online, order canceled without reason advised to call location of course no answer and funds were not put back on card. Smh

The worst ever after spending so much money I got 6 trays and 2 bacon egg and cheese I had ham on my sandwich smh and my kids trays were cold especially the eggs the pancakes soggy the hash browns were stuck to the paper I threw all the food out bcus I did go back to tell them about my sandwiches being wrong they had attitude had the bag thrown at me and was cursing all bcus I said my sandwich was wrong I am so disappointed

Easily the worst fast food restaurant location in charlotte. I’ve been to this location 3 separate times and have never eaten here one time. Every single time I come here I wait in line for 15+ minutes while no communication comes over the speaker and when you pull up to the window it’s two teenagers just texting on their phone. You can’t order food inside so you either wait for them to decide to do their job or you leave. I don’t know who franchises that location but he’s paying people to just be in their phone and not take orders.

The door is locked at 5:25 on Sunday. Nobody came to the drive-through. They sitting in the car, smoking cigarettes and the retarded cigarettes, and they looking at us like we are wrong.

It's not worth the money, or weight. Very rude and unprofessional employees

Nasty service nasty restaurant and definitely nasty food because I choose to go else where due to the treatment I received at the drive thru and in person
