Professional and got my order right.

Where do I start??? The short fat Mexican woman was RUDE! Why does it take more than 30 minutes for French toast sticks, an iced coffee, and a small shake?? I spent $24 on a Lyft home and even waited to book it and they still couldn’t get anything out to us. When my fiancé tried asking the fat short Mexican woman how much longer it would be and she addressed him by saying “What?!” Not only that BUT the guy at the register who took my order wasn’t going to give me my receipt and I discovered that they charged me for 2 air fresheners and an antenna ball and when I asked about it they gave me a problem and were trying to refuse to refund me an extra $6 for something I did NOT GET!! After everything said and done I asked for a refund and they shorted my refund on nearly $7 and refused to give my original receipt back!! Pictured is the fat Mexican woman with the attitude problem. Her and the other people working tonight need to be FIRED!!! They are actively stealing from customers so always ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPTS!!! UPDATE: Doors are unlocked but they refuse to serve anyone walking in. Makes absolutely NO sense! IF YOU AREN'T OPEN LOCK YOUR DOORS!!!!

I ordered a spicy chicken burger, and on the picture, it had salad and tomato. They were invisible on my sandwich, which I discovered too late. Also, the inside and outside of the place looked shady and rundown. This place needs a loving hand and some attention to detail.

There wasn't a clean table in the whole dining area. Which was funny since there wasn't but a handful of people there. The drink fountain machine didn't work. And when you started to walk down the short hallway to the restroom - it smelled very bad. Like raw sewerage. We ordered tacos. And within an hour we had such negative results!!! Regretted our decision to dine here for the rest of the day. So much clean up needed for here!
