Jack in the Box

Horrible, don't know if they changed ownership My hamburger taste so bad I didn't eat it and the french fries were cold I also noticed a funny smell when I unwrapped my hamburger Nothing like Jack in the box Threw my food away and I will not go there anymore I also wonder how they passed inspection

Always have loved Jack In The Box ever since I was a kid

I want to start this review by saying I understand what Jack in the Box is. What drive through fast food is. I don't have unreasonably high expectations. I would consider myself very lenient when it comes to what I want from fast food. That being said this specific location has gone down hill DRASTICALLY. I don't know if they changed owners or what the case is but the customer service is horrible and they are very rude. The quality of the food has had a drastic decline over the years I have gone to this location. And the appearance and cleanliness is horrible. I strongly recommend you just avoid their bathrooms. Makes me wonder how their kitchen area is maintained. I would suggest taking the extra 5 minuets and drive to the 1301 Camden Ave locations and you still see a vastly notable difference. Again, my expectations are reasonable what tipped me over the edge to write this review as opposed to just let it go was that I asked for their Avocado dip. A simple request, you would imagine. Obviously not as the associate at the drive through just said "No". My assumption was a language barrier so I just said okay how about ranch. Again, just "No." Then he closed the window essentially in my face. I will not be visiting this location again when a vastly superior one is within stone throws away, and am considering filing a complaint to their cooperate.

Very horrible customer service and cashier didn’t want to help w my coupons

It was morning. 2 people infront of me in the drive thru. Took a while to get to the window to pay... a long 15 mins, but my spicy chicken sandwich was cooked how I asked it to be. It was hot and fresh with good looking lettuce and tomato. My iced mocha coffee was pretty good.

Bad bad i have been to this place twice service its horrible the guy in front bad attitude machines not working its garbage won't come anymore

The guy on the drive thru is so rude i was trying to order food and i wanted to try the smash burger and he said its not available when its on the menu and he is on a hurry or something i ordered curly fries he gave me regular fries and again he is always on the hurry i dont want to come back here anymore even its the closest one around. I wont recommend going here after 12am

If I could give this location zero Stars based off of my last meal there I would. First of all, as I'm driving to the drive-thru entrance I see all of the employees sitting by the front window staring at their phones. They didn't even get out of their seats as I was passing by the windows. Next they had me waiting at the window twice as long as I would normally wait on a busy day. And when taking my order they were in such a rush to get away from their positions that they didn't even get my order right. In my opinion that whole team deserves to be looked at especially the managers that are allowing this to go on. Also check the ages of all those employees because I'm 90% sure the boy working the window isn't old enough to be working late. And finally receiving my order to twice as long as any other drive-thru restaurant that I've been to.
