Worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. Whoever the manager was has no business working a job like this, she clearly hates and takes it out on every single customer. On top of that our breakfast sandwiches were missing BACON, the main ingredient. Tried to get a refund in the app, over a week later and still no response. Pathetic!

Overall very understaffed and waited a good 15 minutes for food , employees were oddly rude for no reason .

7:30PM on a Friday night, at least 4-5 people inside at the counter, all the lights on. Pull up to the drive thru window. Sorry, we are closed for the evening. All the 1 star reviews can't be wrong.

Went there tonight at 8:30pm and it was already closed!!! The website says open till 12am.

How are you even still open or in business ? Worst location ever. Never open. Manager woman is nasty and rude. We pulled up at 8 pm tonight 2-23-2024 and the woman said we’re actually closed. Closed at 8 on a Friday night !!! Are you kidding me? I would understand if there was a legitimate reason but they literally shut off the lights at 8. Your posted hours are til 10 pm on fri and 12 am on sat and sun . Today was not a holiday either. And this happens quite often. Especially since they were still serving the people outside in the front lot but couldn’t help anyone in the drive through why even let us sit there for 4 mins before saying anything

Do not eat here. Would of been better off grilling some fresh pet and a bag of chips. Your people are running off your guests. If it"s bad enough they will no return. You got me trained.
