Jack in the Box

I don't understand why the lobby door is locked during dinner rush hours. There's something strange going on when your lobby is closed during dinner time. If I were the owner I would definitely check in to this and solve this problem.

The food was good, fast service and they're establishment was nice and clean. Our server was really friendly and attentive and our meals were served to us fairly quickly.Thank you.

I showed up to pick up an order at 7:15 pm tonight and the whole front end was deserted. I waited 5 minutes and left.

Went for lunch today. The food we ordered was hot and delicious. We had chicken tenders, curly fries, and churros. The Oreo shake is awesome as well! The staff is friendly and quick. The location was easy to get in and out of. Really appreciate the great food and excellent service. Thank you!

Worst customer service I’ve had in a drive through…and on top of that cold food! I must be in Brighton

Not too shabby of a breakfast sandwich...the pop was terrible, very flat.

The food was so skimpy. I would have asked for half off all my meals because I literally only got half of the food thats advertised. Like literally one jalapenos in my wrap and no cheese on my croissant.. horrorible.

Food is what you expect from Jack in the box but customer service was horrible they only accepted cash and then told me my bills were too big.
