Jack in the Box

Not the best experience at this location of a popular fast food chain. Customer service was poor with a negative attitude at the front counter for no apparent reason. Mop bucket with mop leaned against one of the tables in the middle of the small dining area was nasty and smelled bad. Food was acceptable, but the combined experience lead us to not want to come back. To top it off the cost was same as we would pay for the nice IHOP accross the street, it was closed for maintenance or we would have had breakfast there.

Slow food was sloppy shacks were good

I've ordered takeout many times but I've rarely or never received ketchup, I wanted to call and request some but the fact is that their phone is completely unreachable, I can't understand what the point of setting up a phone call is?

Thick milkshakes which you don't usually find at a fast food restaurant.
