I sat at the bar and received very good service. If you ever get a chance, try sitting at the bar.

Very mature environment, loved the dimmed lighting in the dining booths. Our server Gina she was extremely pleasant and gave some recommendations on the menu that I absolutely enjoyed. My ribeye was absolutely delicious!! Tender and flavorful. The potato was so soft inside and the outer skin was slightly salted which was absolutely delicious to enjoy. Mac n cheese 10/10 very seldomly you’d find restaurants that master this dish but I loved the slightly crisp topping. Definitely will be back

Hands down my favorite place for steak, spinach dip and crabcakes

It was a five-person party. Our waiter, Cameron, was excellent. incredibly captivating and competent. He made our amazing experience possible. After our appetizer, our order was delivered quickly. We split the salad, Thai Kai. We heartily endorse! We enjoyed baby back ribs, rotisserie birds, and steak and vegetarian burgers. All the diners seem to be enjoying their dinners, and I must add that the baby back ribs were exceptionally delicious, melting right off the bone. The mood is right. Once more, kudos to Cam for his excellent work.

I think JA Alexander's has a crowd problem. The people that go there don't really fit the price of the restaurant. I don't know who their audience is. The service was not good...took them 3 tries to figure out soda water. The roasted artichoke was not edible. The steak was really good but the atmosphere is so cafeteria loud that you can barely hear yourself talking.

They took a long time with the food. They brought us burnt meat, they changed it but it was another type of meat that we didn't like. Second and last time I come.
