Great food and drinks!

I ordered med well ribeye it was over cooked and thin for 45 dollars Only small amount of butter and sour cream on potato. The server was vey nice and good personality, the manager came asked mme if I wanted another stake he had no Personality, he should have just given mme another one . With tip I spent 66 dollars for tough stake ,baked potato , glass of non alcoholic beer, could not eat all of stake,I know sometimes cooks get angry when they have to redo order so I said I didn’t want another stake , but they should have just given mme one not put the decision on me

Parking: Although the parking lot isn't large, it's fairly easy to navigate, with several handicapped spaces available. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy wheelchair access via ramp, at entrance.

Food was good but keep in mind that if you have a birthday, apparently you have to tell them a week in advance. Also, they "forgot" to bring the cake out for our birthday so we just took it home and will cut it there. Service could be improved especially for birthday experiences. Won't be here again for that. Edited to add: A month ago, I submitted comments regarding my experience via the link they've provided in response to my review and I haven't received a response back. It was more of a placebo effect response to make you feel like they're actually listening to your review. Waste of time to provide feedback regarding your experience... Do they really care? Probably not. So no service expected, just good food.

I usually love J. Alexander but today it was approximately 1245, we(my family) enter the restaurant… we were seated, my baby began to cry/moan(I was assuming she was hungry, we ordered our food right away. The (what appears to be)manager, asked us if there was anything he could do for us, I replied, she’s hungry and tired, and we’ve already ordered our food… no longer then 5mins passed, that manager brought the food out and stated, “ We’re getting complaints about your baby crying, what are you going to do….” I answered, we’ve only been here maybe 10mins. He shrugged his shoulders, I immediately asked for to go boxes, paid for our food and service and left…. That was a horrible experience, there was zero compassion… n I will not be returning or recommending.

I cannot accurately rate the food because we didn’t even get to eat. We walked into this establishment on a semi-busy Saturday night. We were greeted with a hostess who could have cared less we were standing there and almost dumbfounded we were even bothering her. We watched two other couples get seated before us and when I went to inquire I got a mumbled response. The hostess’ were so absolutely rude and unwelcoming, once we got to our table the hostess said “Have a good mean, SIR.” (Addressing my husband only) we decided to get up and go somewhere else. We did address this with the manager on duty and both women were still awful (even in front of the manager) and one even said she wasn’t on the clock when she greeted us (which is why she was so unwelcoming and rude). This was our first experience with J. Alexander’s and we will never ever be back.

100/10!!! Phenomenal service, exceptional food, down to the very last bite. I haven’t been this satisfied with a restaurant, I can’t even tell you how long. We went for a surprise birthday and was well taken care of… We said we were in no hurry we want to enjoy our meal we were never rushed. Every single thing, down to the cocktails, were spot on no complaints. BEST CARROT CAKE EVER!!!!! Can’t wait to go back. Thank you guys don’t ever change!!!❤️❤️❤️

Great place for steaks and salads with some nice wine selections. The salads were amazing and meals onto themselves. Several had the stuffed potatoes and also enjoyed them very much. Food came out quickly and service was outstanding.

Absolutely the worst experience we ever had at a J Alexander’s. J’s is one of our favorite restaurants, but this location and tonight specifically was really bad. We sat at our table for 10 minutes and no one came to say hi to us. Finally I went asking for help, even tho it took someone time for a server to come take our order. The service was so slow, it took a long time for our food to come. When it finally came, 5 of us in our party got their food and my wife did not get her food!! We waited and waited and her food never came. I had to go to the hostess and ask for her food twice, till finally someone brought after the rest of us had basically finished our meal. When the check came they charged for the meal as of nothing happened. The sad thing is I am the one that recommend this restaurant highly to my friends and I ended super disappointed and embarrassed. J’s, you dropped the ball big time tonight! The atmosphere was very bad! The bathroom was dirty. Just a terrible, terrible experience all around. Very, Very disappointed!!
