Made reservations to come here tonight and we showed up and the place was closed even though it showed as open online. No posting on door nothing on socials and no answer when we called even though reservations where confirmed ... very disappointed.
Loved the Osaka fries! Gyūdon was delicious. Chicken udon broth was light with good amount of chicken.
Great food! Seasoned perfectly without extra salt. Flavorful and pretty. Big portions. Katsu chicken curry and loco moco!
We love bringing our pup to the patio at Izakaya Links. The food is great and the service is what you'd expect. This is a great place for date night. Vegetarian options: Standard fare veggie rolls.
The food here is bad. The service was really slow and weird. don’t usually review but felt like I had to after seeing this place had 4.6 stars. All the positive 4/5 stars can’t be genuine. Would not return.
After a Sunday round at Lincoln Park Golf Course, this was my first indoor sit-down at a bar or restaurant in more than a year. A short walk from the golf course, we were last here when it was called "The Tee Off". Now called "The Links", it's under new management, newly renovated and with a new menu ("new" being relative - I understand they took over pre-COVID). They just started reopening for lunch and are a great alternative to the Lincoln Park Clubhouse which is still mostly closed. They've got an open air patio dining area in the back, but we plunked down our vaccinated seats at the bar.The predecessor bar at this location was a traditional beer and burger neighborhood sports bar dive. "The Links" menu is a bit more upscale with Asian / California fusion selections (but you can still get wings and fries). I had the "Loco Moco". Recommended. UPDATE: since my initial review, this has become our regular "19th Hole" lunch stop after a Sunday round at Lincoln Park Golf Course. I've since sampled several other items on the menu, including the katsu fish, pork and spicy seafood udon. Everything's been great. Still recommended.
