Our spicy tuna salad came with crispy fried seaweed that was a delight. The grilled unagi was just right (not as mushy as in other establishments). The cold noodles (buck wheat) did not come with a quail egg but it was firm and the sauce dip wasn't overpowering. The salmon cuts were generous and filling. You don't need to order Wagyu beef to have a sumptuous meal.
Added new pics Came for the spicy tuna salad and it never disappoints. We had the katsudon, menchi katsu and a few yakitori and grill items. All good though it took a while before they arrived. Good that you are forewarned on the long cooking time it being the lunch hour when we came over. Take out orders including those from apps like Grab? keep the servers busy. It took away some of attentiveness of the staff. Despite this, the servers give you eye contact and smile to acknowledge but sobrang busy talaga
My go to for a quick japanese lunch meal set. Set includes cabbage salad and spicy tuna as appetizers, and miso soup. Sashimi is affordable. Try to order their grilled fish but expect it to take some time to arrive.
Best Sushi in Manila the area, hands down. Won’t find a place with better food or service or prices anywhere. Make it a point to make it to Kikufuji!
New go to restaurant I was introduced here by workmates and since then, I’ve been going here at least once a week. The food is good and fresh and tasty, and the servers are very attentive. Parking: Suggest to park in the nearby Makati Cinema Square especially if it’s peak hours.
The staff were really nice and helpful. Unfortunately, there were a lot of items on the menu that were not available. My sashimi also has some scales on them. The hot food was good.
