The atmosphere and customer service was great ! Making a reservation is better then walking in but the wait wasn't to bad about 15 mins we got the garlic bread with cheese ( it was delicious) , bruschetta ( which was completely amazing ! ) my boyfriend got the chicken parm and I got the salmon orgeganato both plates were very tasty and a good size portion ! To finish it off we got a tiramisu to share which was also very tasty! Definitely recommend this place the customer service was great very attentive the food was delicious price wise it was a bit pricey not to much but completely worth it ! When I come back to Tahoe this is one of the places I will definitely come back to over and over again

I visited on 19 March 2024 in the evening, I made payment at 8.57pm. I believe your staff added an extra zero to the tip I gave. I’ve lodged a complaint. You should look into it too. In case you were wondering, his service was horrendous. He made sarcastic comments when we asked for recommendations, was nowhere to be found when we needed service (we had to ask his colleagues to get him), and he practically threw the bill on the table and walked off towards the end of our meal. Stupid us for even leaving a tip.

This place has been better in the past. You need a phone book to sit at the low, work out booths. The food is meh. Microwaved sauce with too much garlic. There are better restaurants nearby.

After a day of hard skiing, we went for an early dinner at Izabella. We were seated immediately and our waiter was lovely. We shared a mushroom ravioli appetizer, and ordered pasta carbonara for dinner, plus a nice, reasonably priced bottled wine. I recommend it!

It was a horrible experience last night. They made up five seats, unrealistically, with two tiny tables having different heights. I regret that I did not leave the spot right away. A group of five who came later than us was immediately set up for seats with two regular square tables right next to us. We might have been discriminated as we are Asian with two kids and one youth. The food was not bad yet not impressive either. My kids’ water was empty more than 30 minutes until I called the waiter although she passed by us few times before yet never asked if we’d need anything. Spending more than 300 dollars turned out to be a waste. A totally different experience from what we had at Vail and Beaver Creek.

So yummy! Everyone liked what they got (and we all got different things... pasta, seafood, beef, chicken, veg) the service was excellent and friendly. A cozy environment. We had a midsized party with reservations and they seated us immediately. They did have a couple vegetarian options. Great wine selection.

I ordered this seafood plate and could only taste a sour vinegar flavor, the steak was very bland, service wasn’t great

Great Italian food and service. What a gem. Highly recommended. Awesome wine list. Legitimate wines and servers that know about the pairings. PROTIP: parking is available around back.
