Apparently they don’t close when they say they close, they don’t let people come in even if they aren’t closed yet.
Poorest service ever so slow and unhygienic
saw a guy pick his noise then stir the coffee. Whole finger in there. No this isn't a joke.
This place always makes me happy. I enjoy the atmosphere, the respectful behavior of the merchants, and the view. The only downsides are that it is expensive for students, and the internet is not very good in all spots.
I ordered a grande flat white with an extra shot and 1 pump of caramel. My receipt reflected that. The barista (I believe she was new) handed me my drink and I was walking away when I took my first sip. She had given me a cup of steamed milk. That's it: no coffee. Just a foamy cup of milk. I went back and explained that I ordered a flat white and she looked like she hadn't a clue what that was. Why are they serving "Starbucks" drinks when they don't know what they are or how to make them?
The lack of urgency with the team her is unacceptable.
I ordered a “decaf” iced caramel macchiato and was served one with regular Expresso.I notified the barista who challenged me and decided to do nothing whatsoever. Took so long to serve our drinks and acted like they didn’t know what they were doing. Poor customer service!!!
They don’t know how to make a London fog tea latte when it’s on their menu. They used green tea bags and it seems like they forgot the vanilla syrup pumps. It tasted awful. I didn’t ask them to remake it but I will not be returning. As a student, I am at the campus center often, but I will go to Caribou Coffee in the future.
